Sorry but we do not do free call outs due to the fact that we have certain costs that need to be factored into every call out, just like any other business.

Labour charge for most freestanding appliance repairs:-

          £55.00 (price of any parts to be added)

Integrated dishwashers, washing machines and rangecookers would have an extra charge added, due to the difficulty and extra time involved in gaining access:-

            £70.00 (price of any parts to be added)

If, after diagnosing the fault of an appliance, the customer decides that the repair is uneconomical, or not possible due to parts availability, we will reduce the labour charge to:-

             £40.00 for freestanding appliances

             £50.00 for integrated washing machines and  integrated dishwashers

If you do not live in the areas mentioned on this website, we will be happy to give you a quote. However, additional charges may apply due to extra time and fuel required.

 At a time when manufacturers are offering repairs with labour/call out charges of £90-£140 or national companies are offering "fixed price repairs" at inflated prices, we believe we offer quality repairs at a reasonable cost.
